TERMS & CONDITIONS – ROAMER

  1. All data shared in Roamer’s profile (CNIC, Bank account details, contact number, address etc.) should be accurate and will be updated when it is subject to change as per the ground reality in the real time.
  2. All data shared regarding products (vendor, procurement price, photos of dispatched products, receipts) shall be accurate and will be updated when it is subject to change as per the ground reality in the real time.
  3. Roamer is responsible for maintaining the inventory of all products he has added to the portal.
  4. All products shared/dispatched would be as per the product details (product photo, product description etc.) uploaded by Roamer. These details must not lack clarity. Roamer would be responsible for any confusion in such a scenario.
  5. Roamer must be in possession of a smartphone which is good enough to take photos of products. Administration of BazaarOnline.pk may ask Roamer to upgrade his smartphone and get a better one in case his product photos are not of desired quality.
  6. Roamer should have the basic understanding of computer and should have all the means (desktop/ laptop, internet availability) to use the portal on daily basis.
  7. Status of ā€œPending Ordersā€ once received by Roamer must be changed to ā€œAvailableā€ status and then ā€œShippedā€ status as soon as possible. Maximum plausible time for an order to move from ā€œPendingā€ status to ā€œShippedā€ status would be 24 hours on working days (Monday - Saturday).
  8. Roamer would be penalized if he fails to fulfills the orders once they are received on website.
  9. Roamer should only register the vendors who are willing to take back the undamaged items and refund when/if received back by Roamer (whether as a result of failed delivery or return).
  10. Roamer will arrange to keep the packaging of dispatched orders in such a way that they are not damaged in the shipping process. If a product is damaged during shipping, Roamer will be responsible.
  11. Roamer shall try his level best to remain accessible to the administration of BazaarOnline.pk The contact number provided in profile shall be accessible all the time.
  12. Roamer will interact politely with customers (on portal chat, response to reviews). Any complaint for rude behavior with customer will not be tolerated.
  13. Roamer will check availability of stock of product(s) from vendor before registering for some campaign.
  14. Roamer will abide by all the guidelines, tips and tricks given by administration of BazaarOnline.pk (may it be for product updation, order fulfilment or general use of the portal).
  15. Roamer will be responsible for changing his status to ā€œHoliday Modeā€ whenever he thinks he would be unavailable to fulfill the desired job. However, he should dispatch the orders already in ā€œPendingā€ and ā€œAvailableā€ status.
  16. Roamer will also change the status of his vendor(s) to ā€œHolidayā€ mode when his vendor(s) is not available. However, if roamer himself wants to switch to the holiday mode, he can request admin who will approve/disapprove the request after approval from competent authority.
  17. All data added by Roamer (other than personal details) belongs to BazaarOnline.pk
  18. Penalties of all sorts (if any) imposed by BazaarOnline.pk administration if deemed necessary, would be acceptable to Roamer.
  19. New products/vendors would be added by a Roamer on daily basis since that would grow the store.
  20. The data compiled by Roamer for BazaarOnline.pk will just be used on BazaarOnline.pk It will not be used for any other purpose or shared on any other platform. If such an activity is observed, Roamer will get penalized, his account will be liable to get deactivated, he will lose his job and may have to face a lawsuit in the court of law.
  21. The customer’s order details shared by BazaarOnline.pk will neither be saved nor be used for any other purpose or on some other platform. If such an activity is observed, Roamer’s account will be liable to get deactivated, he will lose his job and may have to face a lawsuit in court of law.
  22. In case, any dispute is raised by customer/administration of BazaarOnline.pk, decision of the administration of BazaarOnline.pk would be final and acceptable to Roamer. It will not be challengeable in any court of law.
  23. Administration of BazaarOnline.pk has all the right to investigate (if/when required) Roamer in case any dispute is raised against him (specially by the customer).
  24. While interacting with customer in chat box, no personal data (contact number, address etc.) will be shared by Roamer.
  25. If any of the above mentioned clause(s) is breached, decision of administration of BazaarOnline.pk will be final, it will be acceptable to Roamer and will not be liable to be challenged in court of law or elsewhere.
